JENNIFER LANTZ

Jennifer joined KHH in 2023 as our Director of Quality and Compliance. She is responsible for maintaining our cGMP, Organic, and Kosher Certifications among other compliance and quality tasks. Her experience in local, state, and federal regulations started when she was attending IUS. Her passion for the environment, hemp and sustainability continued at NKU, where she graduated with a Political Science Bachelor of Art and minor in Environmental Science. She has obtained her BRC and SQF Internal Auditor certifications along with HACCP.

At the start of her career in compliance, Jennifer interned at the EPA Superfund Division creating a database for the Congressional budget within the Division and editing scientific papers. The following years, she traveled to airport operations throughout the country from New Orleans to implement compliance software for their FAA reporting.

She was pivotal leader in setting up a brand-new facility operating as a 3PL to many well-known brands. The next move was a printing and marketing house where Quality was the singular focus, learning how packaging artwork was created and the intricacies of printing. Jennifer then worked with a company making food grade paper bags on huge printing machines for several chain restaurants and more.

Jennifer has led successful third-party audits for BRC, SQF and ABI prior to joining KHH and continues to perform with high standards in Quality and Compliance for Organic and cGMP.
